These slips serve as your entry ticket to the examination and contain all essential information such as the test date, time, and selection center. Without a printed slip, candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall.

How to Download the Pak Navy Registration Slip
Follow these steps to download your registration slip using your CNIC:

Visit the official portal at www.joinpaknavy.gov.pk.

Enter your CNIC number without dashes (e.g., 3740512345671).

Make sure you select the “Sailor” tab if you applied for the Sailor batch.

Click “Check Status” or “Submit.”

Your slip will appear with your photo and test details. Press Ctrl + P to print it.
Understanding Slip Status: Pending vs Shortlisted
Many candidates are confused by the status shown on the website. Here’s a clear explanation:

Application Status “Confirmed”: Your form is submitted, but the test date is not assigned yet. Wait 48-72 hours.

Result “Pending”: You have successfully registered, but the examination center is scheduling your test. Check the portal daily.

Shortlisted: After passing the test, this status appears indicating that you are selected for the Interview or Medical.
Documents to Bring on Test Day
To avoid disqualification, candidates must carry the following original documents to the selection center:

Original CNIC or B-Form (for candidates under 18) with father’s CNIC.

Educational certificates: Original Matric, F.Sc, or BS marksheets.

Original domicile certificate.

Postal order: Rs. 100 for Sailors or Rs. 200 for Officers in favor of the Director of Recruitment, NHQ.
